 Tommy: “… Want to destroy my sweater.”

Tommy: “I want the eraser song.”

Me: “What???” Plays through whole Megamind soundtrack…

“Oh! Crazy Train…. ‘We’re going off the rails of a crazy train, sir!’” Train sir = Eraser! Just over here translating toddler talk!

Tommy just let me know that he’s Princess Leia, Amelia is a Storm Trooper, and I am Iron Man. Has anyone else done a Star Wars marathon and a Marvel Marathon in the same week? Marvel is winning…we’ve made it to Thor: The Dark World. We’ve watched Star Wars Episode IV twice…he won’t go further than that!

Tommy: “Mommy, I drew this for you. It’s the castle you will live in.” 

Tommy on a phone call with Granny:

“See ya later, frog!”

This is Amelia’s pooping spot.
Me: “Amelia, do you need to poop?”
Amelia: “No. No. No.”
Tommy: “It’s okay Amelia, everybody poops!”

Guys, I’m dying! We laugh every day!

Found this hiding in the microwave. Amelia put chocolate chips in her ramen and Tommy put it in the microwave for her. What a team!

Amelia: “Mommy, did you hear me pee in the potty?”

Me: “Yay! That’s so amazing! Tommy, guess what? Amelia peed in the potty!”

Tommy clapping and cheering: “What? Good job Amelia! Thank you for peeing in the potty! You can get a candy!”

If you need to feel good at doing something, come to our place! You’ll get cheered on for going potty in the potty, and possibly candy….but no privacy!

Tommy: “Where’s Amelia’s penis mommy?”

I’m so ready for this conversation!!!

Every time Tommy has to poop he says he has “diary’s” (diarrhea). Tonight he said it and it’s the day after Easter so I couldn’t resist!!!

Tommy getting an otter pop: “It’s like the iron rod!” Walking away: “It’s a cool iron rod!”

Me thinking to myself…it’s frozen, but you’re not wrong.
